The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all workshop scientific sessions
- Workshop documentation and electronic proceedings
- Three lunches, two dinners, conference banquet, and coffee breaks on conference days
- Organized half-day excursions to the Seven Rila lakes and Rila monastery
The registration will open in second week of April.
Accompanying Person
Registration fees for accompanying person:
• Regular Fee (until 3 May, 2019): 200 EUR
• Late Fee (after 3 May 2019): 240 EUR
This registration includes three lunches, two dinners, conference banquet, and the two excursions.
Visa Request
Participants who need a Bulgarian visa to attend the workshop, should address their requests for a letter of invitation to Sonja Kokkonen.
Please provide the following information:
• Full name as in passport
• Nationality
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Passport number
The registration fee should be paid before requesting letter of invitation.
